- In-Person Showings: Viewings can be scheduled with 2 days' notice. We can recommend local hotels and Airbnbs and ground transport from the airport.
- Survey & Sea Trial: There are several reputable accredited surveyors in the area. A sea trial and survey can be arranged upon a signed "Intent to Purchase" and a 10% deposit held in escrow.
- Haul-Out Facilities: The boat is located at Jolly Harbour Marina & Boatyard, which has a travel lift available for bottom inspections and surveys. Other islands we are sailing to have haul out facilities as well for a survey.
