1988 C&C Landfall 39 “Gabriella” — USCG Documented, Priced to Sell

A rare C&C Landfall 39 — the larger, better-equipped evolution of the Landfall series, designed by C&C Design with Robert Perry. Fewer than 20 were built. She’s a masthead sloop with a fin keel and skeg-mounted rudder: a proven cruising configuration that tracks beautifully, carries her way in a seaway, and still moves well in light air. C&C build quality throughout, with above-average joinery and a bright, well-laid-out interior that sleeps six.

Recent work and upgrades:

• New bottom paint — hauled and serviced September 2025

• Complete electrical system replacement in 2025: new starter, new alternator, new AGM and deep-cycle batteries, all new battery cables, terminals and connections throughout the engine compartment (professionally done, fully documented)
