Description

MISTIE is a two owner 39’ Shannon (Hull #4) launched in May 1999. In 2005 & 2006, Quality Yachts did an
enormous refit which included rebuilding the engine and transmission, rebedding and regasketing
the portlights, refinishing the interior teak with satin varnish, refinishing the exterior teak and so
much more. Under myself, the second owner, I refit Mistie in 2022 in upgrades worth $125,000 which included a new paint job, all new Garmin electronics, all new sails and purchased a brand new spinnaker which has still yet to be used. I purchased Mistie from the Maine Martine Academy (the 1st owner donated the boat to the acadamy). All new upgrades were done in Rockland, ME before I sailed her down to the Caribbean.

Mistie has been on the hard in Luperon since 2024 and has been taken care of very well. She is in sail ready shape. All you need to do is drop her in the water. I am open to having the boat delivered under the right circumstances. She is a beautiful boat! A major life event happened in 2024 which put a stop to sailing, there are no hidden surprises with this boat.
