Great cruising boat with galley, living room and navigation desk remodel. We rebuilt the whole living room area, however had water damage during the time it was on the working yard and decided not to go forward finishing the project because we don't want to live on a sailboat anymore.

Boat is in the water, and can be sailed right away just sails need to be put up again after hurricane season. Rest of the boat is in tact to take off.
