Description

Hello-

This boat used to belong to my dad, who has owned it since 1999.  He lived on it up until last year when he got moved up to a memory care facility, and so now I have taken it over to sell.

As such, please forgive if I may not have every single feature that it may possess checked -- I admittedly have limited knowledge of sailboats, and didn't want to falsely check anything.
I know that there are more sails present than just the mailsail, I am just not sure which ones they are yet; will confirm soon.

***Has not yet been cleaned; pics show boat in its current unwashed state.***

Inboard engine and rigging need immediate replacement.

No known leaks.

Sinks and water work. Electricity works, though battery may need replacing. Working overhead lights and electric fridge.

Also features built-in folding table in cabin.

$11,000 OBO
