Buccaneer is a cutter rig (three sails) in a unique design by noted naval architect Bruce King. This was Ericson's bi-centennial boat, one of only around 65 built, the best the company could produce and designed to be something special. This is the rare example of a classic boat in excellent condition, maintained by a loving owner.
While the boat itself is fiberglass, there is so much woodwork it appears to be beautifully made of wood. Exterior woodwork is teak; the cabin is all hand laid mahogany. The deck is flat, big enough to accommodate many passengers. The cockpit, with added bimini top and newer seat cushions, compares favorably in comfort and space to a much larger yacht.

March 21,2025 at 09:42 PMI have been the proud owner of Buccaneer for 17 years and wish it could continue for another 17, but nature won't cooperate, so I need to find her a new loving owner to serve. She will be missed.
