JUST THE RIGHT SIZE This is the perfect-sized live-aboard for an individual, a couple or a small family. The interior spaces are human-sized, but the 35 ft overall length keeps marina rates low. It is a safe, solid boat that turns on a dime and sails beautifully. (It would also be an excellent, low-cost investment project for a boatyard.)
WHY ARE YOU SELLING? The boat is for sale by me, the owner. I teach overseas and this boat has been my Stateside home-base. I've decided to extend my overseas teaching contract and am now selling the boat. All paperwork will be handled by a professional yacht broker at the yard at my expense.
