Brilliantly designed for racing or cruising. Lovingly cared for by her captain/owner for the past 21 years. Binder with all boat information from her 'birth' has been maintained and will be turned over to the new owner. So many upgrades to keep her mechnically sound and visually beautiful. All LED lighting above and below decks, You name it, it has probably been renewed or replaced, and maintained in the traditional style of the boat so her nautical charm has been preserved. 

No  worries about rot (like balsa or wood cored production boats) since there is no wood in hull,deck or topsides (only for interior finishes and for beautiful details).  Cascades were built with multiple layers of Fiberglass Mat Roving hand-squeegeed with resin for enduring light-weight strength.   Large, opening, screened ports throughout, saloon dorades, solar fan, large cabin hatch keep the interior breezy and light with outside views.  6'2" headroom with open, bright interior due to deck stepped mast.
