Description
This Melges 14 has a mid-sized rig for people 140-175 lbs. The hull, lines, rig, gear, trailer and dolly are all in very good condition. The boat has been stored indoors each winter, covered all summer with the official Melges canvas, and it has always been lightly sailed for pleasure, not raced. It's name is Diamond, and there is a decal with name on the inside of each side. I was offered a big diamond by my wonderful husband after 15 years of marriage. We were playing around trying on a massive solitaire, getting the sales girls all excited, and I told him I'd rather have the Melges 14 sailing dingy. This gem was my Christmas present! It sails like a DREAM. Selling because I'm old and got a small yacht.
