This beautiful and fun sailboat is still available. The slip goes with the boat if you want it you would work with Shores of Leech Lake Marina. This special girl is currently on the hard and will be on the water after April 2024. I recommend you come take a close look before she gets wet so you can inspect her bottom. The bottom paint is in great shape as it was last painted only three seasoning ago. This sweet boat is for sale due to the fact that we purchased a used 34ft boat in the same Shores of Leech Lake marina. We power wash and scrub the bottom each fall. The motor is sound. We replaced the starter two years ago only to find out the issue was a loose wire. She is not a fast boat and she sails easily. She has a very expensive and sturdy traveler. We have been letting the teak turn to grey at which time we will add clear poly over it as we prefer this look. She has no leaks. One thing I would change if she were mine to keep is the bimini as I find it the wrong color blue for my taste and I want it to be taller at the helm (I am 5'7"). I plan to change motor oil this spring and the impeller was last changed three seasons ago. The foresail is in great shape and the main sail is fine although we experienced a tear season before last. We used sail tape to repair the main sail which has stood up well and we have been sailing on as is. We were saving to eventually replace the main sail and instead used our savings to purchase a different boat. Water pressure is great as is the water heater which is heated from running the motor. No "damage" and no repairs needed to the hull. I suppose it would look even better with a fresh wax job though.

I would sell this boat to anyone including my close friends and family. This is our first sailboat we love the boat very much. We have spent many weekends overnight on this boat and had many great sails. I am still in touch with the previous owner. They purchased a larger sailboat and are sailing Lake Superior. This boat comes with a tarp which we use to cover it during the winter while resting on the yard trailer; included with the boat. We put all new tires on the trailer last fall 2023. The trailer is what the boat sits on over the winter and is used to move the boat around the marina yard once it is craned out each fall. The boat has a reliable roller furling system and no cockpit cushions, a gps capable hummingbird unit is included and we have some LED but not all lighting has been converted to LED. She has a dry bilge and we do connect to shore power when we’re away from the boat and the boat is at the dock. The shore power keeps the batteries topped off and at the dock you can use 120v on the boat when connected to shore power like a camper. She has self tailing winches and a solar vent in head. The cushions in the Vberth stay up with Velcro and the wood in the Vberth was well built by previous owner.
