Description

This is a 3-owner boat and the second owner is writing this summary. I bought this boat in 1985 in Traverse City, Mi and sold the boat in 2001 to the current owner who I have now been friends with ever since. We have decided to go partners on a bigger boat. The Sandpiper has been a freshwater boat all its life and has been meticulously maintained throughout its lifetime. The New sails purchased in the late 90’s have been stored and maintained in new condition. The current owner added roller furling and shore power was installed on the boat in the 90’s. With the new VHF Radio and Autohelm purchased last year It’s the biggest little boat on the water. The boat easily single handed, sails like a big boat, great in light wind and just a perfect first sailboat. The price includes the trailer and it’s ready to be easily transported anywhere you wish to sail her. She is currently stored in Northport Michigan and ready to go into the water as soon as spring breaks.
