Numerous renovations have been made since we first got this girl.

This spacious catamaran is equipped with 4 large bifacial solar panels powering a 12V 1200ah Wards Victron lithium battery bank. The battery bank and supporting electrical was installed by Ward’s Marine June 2022. The lithium house batteries can be charged from the solar panels, shore power or generator. The solar panels supply enough energy that the generator is rarely needed. She has Raymarine electronics and autopilot. Standing and running rigging are all in good working condition.

{New Renovations}

--> New net just installed

--> New refrigerator and freezer installed 2024

--> New bottom paint was applied in July 2023 by Key Largo Boat Yard and Storage.

--> New septic installed 2023

--> A new head sail was installed Dec 2022 and has helped increase the amount of knots while traveling.

-->Just installed new Regulators and Alternators for each Yanmar Inboard Engines.

--> Some running lines have been replaced as precaution, and softer feel.

{Disclosure}

SK Watermaker supplies 20 gallons per hour of fresh water and can be run off the battery bank. The motor is currently not working.

Panda Fischer Generator is currently not working. We only use the solar power so we have not put much time into diagnosing. We have used the generator twice in the past, so lack of use may have been an issue. We only used it after a super rare 2.5 week long storm. (Yes, our solar and battery bank lasted that long with no sun).

Main sail is ready to be replaced soon.

-->Going to continue to make some improvements, but selling as is, hence the huge price drop.

We are trying to sell fast as we need to move quickly.
