Beautiful 1980 35 foot Pearson. Selling only because we are moving out of state. She comes fully equipped with everything you could need for ocean crossings to day sailing. One of my favorite things about her is the full keel that only drafts 3.5 feet wich makes her amazing for bay and intercoastal sailing, with a retractable centerboard for deep water sailing. She is also very spacious on the inside with plenty of room to sleep and tons of storage.
