An Alan Payne designed 'trailerable' sailboat, the Columbia T26 has a heavy shoal keel that only drafts just over 2' - making it an ideal shallow water cruiser. Built in 1976 when they overdid fiberglass because they didn't know how it would hold up - this boat is solid as a tank still. Has a slim beam because it is trailerable - just shy of 8' wide. Displaces 4,225 pounds and it 25' 10" long. Has a restored/repaired and cleaned main and regular jib, also has a 150 degree Genoa in very good condition and a 180 degree Hild Sails Hildamatic Drifter with a 7' to 17' pole in excellent condition. the cabin is 6' in height. Completely overhauled in 2017 with new bottom paint, new topside paint and new bilge paint. Six new bronzed tempered glass windows installed. Bildge pump (manual Whale) was restored. Four wheel trailer - tandem axel - has new 8,000 pound drop leg jack installed and new tires installed in 2017 - they have about 50 miles on them now. New seat and back cushions for cockpit, cabin and cuddy cabin. All new wiring, new 12 volt panel, new solar charge controller, all new LED cabin lighting, cockpit lighting and navigation lighting. New bluetooth/am-fm/stereo and speakers. New spreader assemblies and LED decklighting on the main mast spreaders. All new navigation lighting. New teak cockpit roof slide guides. New interior woodwork on cabin front panels. New cockpit cover made of high grade marine avonite type material with a stainless steel louver. Spent over $10,000 on overhaul. Exterior teak needs sanding and resealing. Some interior wood has suffered some water damage and needs restoration. New porta potty installed. Solar fan on cuddy cabin port/hatch. All new sail lines. Has outboard motor swing down mount for 1 to 6 HP outboards. All paint used was either Totalboat, Totalprotect, Totalbilge or Interlux brands. Bottom has Totalboat Krypton Navy Antifouling paint. Boat has been on trailer much of the time since the 2018 launch and probably only spent 1 full year in the water because it was pulled out seasonally and stored, so bottom paint and other paint is in very good shape still. However - cockpit seats (that also act as covers for sail storage and bilge access) - have developed some crazing/cracking and need a sanding and new coat of paint. Comes with lifejackets, fire extinguiser, horn, and lots and lots of associated extra parts, supplies and tools - I'm getting rid of all my sailing gear. Extra fiberglass, paint and expoxy, and tools, sail care tools, bolts, etc. The old kerosene operated stove that was originally in the galley mounted on a side hatch is still available even.
