Description
The Com-PAC 16-2 is a very capable, stable daysailer/weekender for up to 4 people.
(I sailed a sister ship in a port-to-port race on Lake Huron in 2 hours of 50+ mph winds)(and won)
Lady in Red is in excellent condition - 3 sailings since full repainting of hull, including anti-foul paint. The mast needs final tuning. The halyards and running rigging are new. Woodwork needs refinishing.
The wheel steering uses Edson and Teleflex components.
I enjoyed sailing a sister ship for 8 years and had hoped to recapture some of that youthful joy, but my body (age 78) has medical issues and won't let me.
