"Valuation: It is my opinion that the correct market value of Prosit in her present location is a sum in the region of $325,000 (three hundred & twenty five thousand Canadian dollars) subject to the recommendations contained within the Full Condition Survey report being implemented to a high standard and within the stated timescales. The valuation I have arrived at is higher than the asking price for most Formosa 51s currently for sale. However Prosit is in my opinion unique due to the high level to which she has been refitted. Apart from some of the wiring virtually every component of the vessels machinery and systems has been replaced in the last 9 years."
