Description

This Pearson 365 is a 1977, Hull #156. S/V "Decision." She is currently on the hard in San Carlos, Mexico. The boat is well outfitted for long distance cruising.

Lofrans Tigres windlass with 300 feet of all chain, 35# Rocna type plow anchor. Fleming wind vane with free-wheeling clutch steering wheel adapter. Comnav 1420 chain driven autopilot, roller furling 135% genoa (new UV cover in 2016), removable inner forestay with Highfield lever for hank on sails and a hank-on storm jib, a storm trysail, mainsail fully restitched in 2020, new mizzen sail 2017, mizzen staysail and a code zero drifter. All chain plates (12) were replaced in 2017 and the standing rigging was fully replaced by a previous owner in 2008. Also on board is an Icom VHF, Icom IC M710 SSB transceiver with a pactor PTC USB III modem and Icom AT-130 antenna tuner utilizing a cable whip antennae from the starboard of the main mast. Running backstays from the mizzen mast, a hard dodger, SS tube frame Bimini with 2, 100 watt solar panels mounted instead of canvas. Also there are 2, 80 watt adjustable wing solar panels and 1, 120 watt flexible solar panel mounted to the top of the dodger. All solar panels have dedicated Victron energy charge controllers. Brand new (2020) Blue Sea Systems 22 position DC distribution panel, a separate Blue Sea Systems 3 position AC distribution panel, a Kuuma 6 gallon water heater, Nova Kool ice box conversion refrigerating with a 1 cubic foot freezer box (2017). Stove/oven is a Force 10 2 burner propane (2014) with bottle and regulator mounted on the stern rail, and a Magma rectangular BBQ, port side cockpit. Mast step has been rebuilt by a previous owner. It also has a solid fuel heater (Norelco "Colemachine") mounted to the port bulkhead.

Westerbeke 40 (Perkins 4-108) switchable dual Racor primary fuel filter setup, with many spare parts and a Max Prop 3 blade folding propeller. The original gearbox (a Paragon SAOD) was rebuilt in 2013. 4 new (2020) Trojan 6 volt batteries wired in series and parallel in 2 banks. Also there is Revere 4 person liferaft and Epirb. The head is a Blake's Lavac vacuum pump, holding tank is 10 gallons. replaced the Y valve in 2020. The dinghy is a Portabote 10 foot. 5 HP LEHR propane outboard.
