General description

Below deck, Entomo features 2 state rooms and two heads with showers. Both heads have a shower, multiple lockers and storage.

The forward owner’s stateroom features a generous double berth and an upholstered port settee. The double berth has a custom marine mattress (no foam core). There are two large drawers under the berth and two closets to port. There is also a private access to the spacious forward head with sink and shower unit.

Aft is a main salon that features a U shape dinette and seating to starboard. The beautiful salon dining table converts to double berth with the matching covered insert. The table expands with a leaf. There’s a straight settee and stern facing lighted chart table to port. There is a lot of storage under all these seats and there is a concealed, covered liquor cabinet built behind the back rest of the starboard seat. Note that one of the early 2000s Beneteau hallmarks is beautiful joiner work. This include, hardwood door frame and trim pieces with custom marine grade, zero void, multi-laminate wood faces and bulkheads. The cabin sole is teak and holly type with many bilge access panels. They’re dry and handy to store bottles and cans for those long cruise. You will find an inset cabin sole dust bin and grate in the galley.

Next aft is a very functional sea-going galley with separate freezer and refrigerator, and a gimballed propane stove/oven and double stainless steel sinks in great condition. The fridge has an electric sump pump for easy defrosting.

Far port aft is a well ventilated second cabin with a large double berth. There are three opening ports in this room.

Entomo clean and well maintained 56hp Yanmar has 2625 hours. The motor is easily accessed on four side for easy maintenance. Lift up panels under the berth and cabin sole throughout the boat provide access to almost every inch of the hull. Transducers are accessible under the boards of the master stateroom, freshwater and bilge pumps under the salon table and settee.
