This is a well maintained beautiful example of the spacious Catalina 42 Mark 1 in sail away condition.  1994 Catalina 42 Mark 1 Standard Rig Wing Keel pullman layout. The vessel is federally registered in Canada.

This 100% fresh water Catalina 42 has been well cared for and lightly cruised on Lake Huron and Lake Ontario. Never raced.

Many upgrades and the boat has been covered and winterized in the off season. Two cabin layout with lots of headroom and space for a family are key features of this great interior. Two heads, one ensuite at bow and one starboard midship. Aft head has a macerator pump, forward head has the option for a Y valve for ocean sailing.
The cockpit also has new closed cell cushions, folding cockpit table, stern rail seats and a Lewmar folding wheel for extra space to entertain.  Sun shades zip to the bimini.  There is a BBQ.
